Ab Work to Be Tracked Here

None of you ladies are probably very interested in all the hard work that I put in at the gym to keep looking good for you – and that’s fine. But the fact is that I do it so that I can be in the best shape possible and have the rock hard ab muscles you want next to you at the pool or on the beach on your next vacation.

It may be boring and I may decide to post this elsewhere, but for now I’m thinking about posting info on all my ab work (perhaps all my workouts) here so that readers can see what it takes to keep my body fat percentage under 10.

So far today I did 30 minutes of cardio at the gym, along with about 40 minutes of ab work. This afternoon at home, I am doing crunches: 50, 55, 60, 65 – I”l be doing more. My goal is to do at least 500 a day – usually takes about an hour for crunches alone.
